RC India - Flying and racing with open minds !

There are two connector types predominantly.  The square one is the current standard.

The connection diagrams are easy, it is sourcing the connectors that may be a bit tough.. you may have to go after cheap sim cables.

See the few posts starting here :

And in stores.. http://rotor.co.in/show-detail.asp?prodid={965D71C9-57C7-4D1D-A345-E24F1045BC91}&pn=1

Amir, you can find 'Bug Strips' in local Electronics ship which are exactly like connectors in the receivers for servos. The pitch of the buddy chord  connector (Female) in the Futaba Tx is the same as the pitch of the bug strips. you can make a make shift connector cable using them.

The cheapest chord is around $16 !!

Quite a ransom!

Always love an alternative/local substitute suggestion Thumbs Up

If the "bug-strip" fits, then some shrink wrap around it should do nicely !

Actually it would be good to even loop the wire on the Tx Handle and tape the connector after inserting into the socket. Even my original Futaba connector gives bad connection - the one on the Tx is not that good (Shame Futaba!! )

'When in Rome do as Romans' - if you use the term 'Berg' connectors in local electronics components shops (at least those in DEL/Hyd/BLR, AFAIT), you would see empty face in the shopkeepers. Locally they are more popular as 'Bug strips'.

Take for example, the JST-XH connector that I needed to make 2x3s and 2s+3s charge  adapters, are being sold as 'RMC' connectors !! good that I saw a gentleman buying and bought it real cheap - cheaper than HC!!

just my 2cents!

For whatever reason, "Berg" is understood in Mumbai.
