Need some silicon wires Red and Black 16 AWG. Does anyone have a metre of each to spare? Need it urgently and can't wait till AEW is added as a payee to my account in SBI. Thereafter it will take 5 working days for me to remit funds to them. Anyone with a SBI / ICICI/ Axis Bank a/c?

VC Sir,

You can try by using Soft copper wire (from Finolex / PolyCab / Anchor and color will be like golden and without any black stain) 1.5 or 1.0 sqmm Cu wire stripped out and Covered with Silicon sleeve (Transperent Sleeve, you will find in Electrical Shop, Available in that shop of Chandni Chawck, you know) squized by Lighter/Candle you will get it. However Silver coated Cu wire teflon insulated will serve the perpose and can be found in Electronics Spair Shop (Medium level Stock).

In Both case, Line drop will be minimum and low heat. Just give a try. Grin.

You can measure wire performance by milivolt drop test while loading motor with prop.
Hope you have successfully winded the motors. B-)

Some motors have terminal wires only winding wires insulated with heat sink sleeve (Like 2822,2812,2208) and you can eliminate one joint Grin . Colorful wires will not be available, but one valuable joint can be avoided and it should always preferable as heating of conductors inside motor is maximum.

Vinayak - you misunderstood me. I wanted a seller with an ICICI a/c so that I could remit money instantly. I appreciate your wanting to help me out. Grateful.

Kalyan - I have some Havells cable will try that. As far as the 100 pcs are concerned, hold on to it. I too am trying to arrange some more micro motors for you - so far have managed 10pcs.
