Just use any USB mobile charger or make 5 voly DC Supply using LM7805 and charge series with 4.7 Ohm in series.
Please note that, do not charge it over 1C (200mA if the cell is 200mAH)

Careful! I burnt out 2 USB chargers when I connected them to the wrong Helis. Now they both recharge only from the Tx cords. Furthermore, all the USB ports on my laptop are defunct after that incident.

PLEASE use specified / matched USB charger cables only. I've learnt the very hard way.

CRazyPilot,
Don't use NOKIA Chargers, they are monsters without feedback and can get current upto 1.2A (Sureprisingly but sure). Before connecting be sure about the positive and negative terminal. The current may be limited by resistor.

VC,
Your LapTop USB Chip resistance/MOS is just blown. No matter, go to any chip level technician, they will bring life to all your USBs. Hope quick recovery for your USB. Before going to technician, please disable and again enable the USB from Device Manager. IN moderm Motherboard, the chip just become disable while overcurrent.
