I would like to buy a walkera super cp i have found this online. The problem is i dont know about the customs in India. I live in Bangalore. The site myrcmart.com has this heli for an awesome price and they do deliver to India. Has anybody ordered a heli from hk. Is there any dealer in India who can order this on my behalf and get it to India.

MY Mine cp was held by customs at Mumbai on 24/4/2014. They need NOC from WPC it is very difficult to release. As per my experience

Vara.

I do want to get a walkera super CP.
But after people telling that they have had bad experiences with the customs, I am confused as well.

They will get hold of the thing, they will ask for WPC NOC(i don't know what that is) and what not.
They want you to either grease their palms or pay heavy duty charges.
It costs Rs 8000 if bought from MYRCMART and on banggood it costs around Rs 8200 but with EMS delivery option.
A guy in India(Gujarat) says that he can get it from his supplier for Rs 9200 without any customs hassel and in 8 days or so.
Getting the product ourselves or through known is the easiest way possible but then there is no one.
Sigh

A WPC NOC is a Wireless Planning Commission No Objection Certificate which is only needed if you are importing radio equipment like transmitters.

Yes. But how do i even get it?
Some say that it is very difficult to get and after getting that as well you need some more stuf to get your shipment cleared.

its simple , if you have any radio equipment(not toy radios) in your package then you may face a problem with customs but if your shipping services are good, they deal with customs themselves but the shipping charges are more than average.
