I will suggetst try on hobby king its a good buy but there are some issues with customs when dealing with Tx and Rx so do ensure you dont buy them with your kit
Else you can goto rotor.co.in and there is a seller in Ahemdabad Pradyut Ganguli i dont have his number off hand he has some good models readily availabe, sharma models jodhpur  has a Plane RTF kit for approx 5000/- (good buy for beginners) and and bhogal Ludhiana phone numbers?Huh? you can ring me on 9571305252 i dont have them offhand right now or if you want i can mail you

Heli are expensive and personal advise dont buy a small size heli initially as they are surprisingly difficult with winds. so invest in a good medium sized heli and adjust pitch curves to fly safely with a training gear expect a high price for this but planes do fit in budget all vendors i mentioned have websites so Google them for contact details.
Anyways Welcome to the sport
