Did your esc work?

Yes it worked .... also I replaced 20 AMP esc with 30 amp capable FETs.

This you can do only once you verify the specs through datasheets.

Continuity checker is the basic'est  feature of a multimeter.

Still check before buying

You can also make a simple continuity tester with a buzzer and battery ;D

Here's the circuit. Use a led or buzzer.

i already made one by connecting a 9v buzzer and an led in parallel, with a switch, and i think its not working. So iam thinking of buying a multimeter.I have 3pin mosfets in most of my escs,so iam going all the fets in one of them and see if that works.Anyways thanks for your help!

for good spec P/N mosfets try inkocean or hacktronics. I'm right now repairing my burnt B6 charger (reverse connection of power  :( )

i found this video very simple and informative for checking Mosfets.

some parameters to look for.

P-Mosfet Vds -v ?, Id -A ? Rds on ohms ? and Vgs 2.5 or 4.5 or 10v etc should check the graph.
N-Mosfet Vds +v?, Id +A? Rds on ohms? and Vgs 2.5v or 4.5v or 10v etc.

and physical shape of the fet (package) like SOIC 8pin or SOP 8 etc.
