Title: Hobby zone duet etc vs scratch flight test simple cub???

Hi everyone, I m new un this hobby of rc planes.
New means new full noob in rc.
So I wanna buy or make an rc plane. I m getting Hobby zone duet rtf at ₹4500 ($40 with shipping).
Or should I make simple cub which will cost me 6500₹ . Please help me.

It's a twin indoor plane. So, I recommend making rather than buying as it increases your knowledge.

Where are you getting the Duet from?
Since you mention that shipping in dollars.
