Hi! This is my first post on RC India.

I have made a JavaScript robot on wheels that is controlled via an UI from WiFi enabled devices.
Even an FPV view is provided in the browser.

I would like to know if this WiFi (2.4 GHz) enabled bot can be considered as RC (car).

Wi-Fi is essentially a protocol that follows IEEE802.11xx standard for communication, implemented over 2.4GHz and/or 5GHz radio frequency bandwidth. Yes, your Wi-Fi enabled bot can technically be considered an RC car.

I'm a mechanical engineer, so I'm not aware of IEEE standards.
