I know both VC and Dreamliner are speaking on my behalf and for this forum, and I appreciate that. But we should not end up alienating newcomers who act out of context initially (most likely unknowingly).  "Slap on the wrist"... YES  "Cluster bomb the whole village"... NO

Sir, this point has been raised time and again by many. Could there be a system by which a new joinee has to read and understand 4 or 5 salient points and hit the "I Agree" button before he or she is actually registered on the forum?
