Is there any proper hobby grade RC car brand from India(pretty sure the answer is "no")?

I have a Traxxas Summit 1/10 and two Axial Scx24 Jeep JLUs which I bought online from Ubuy's US store (the upgrades for one scx24 from the same store too). And due to the difference in currency values and also because of huge custom charges, these were much much more expensive for me (both in relative and absolute terms) as compared to people in the US, Canada and most countries of Europe. If there was an Indian RC car brand comparable to brands like Traxxas, Arrma, Team Associated, Axial, Tamiya, HPI Racing, Redcat, etc., then we would not be having this problem. While I am sure there isn't any like those, is there atleast some lndian company selling kits or something of decent quality?

I think the bigger issue in India is not only whether we have an Indian RC brand, but also how easy it is to get the car and replacement parts locally.
There are quite a few Indian RC stores now carrying hobby-grade and off-road models, so beginners have more options than they did a few years ago. I've also come across DreamyRC while looking at RC cars available in India, so it's another option worth comparing with other local stores.
For me, spare parts, batteries and after-sales support would be just as important as the brand itself. A good car is not much use if getting a replacement part later becomes a headache.
