What is the strength of one 3mm dia carbon fibre rod of length 500mm ?

If I use one in the spar of a conventional aeroplane wing , how much wing loading can be supported ?

I would like to kno if someone has the answer, before practically inadvertently overloading my model and having a folded wing just after take off.
