This offer is only applicable on Prepaid orders when paid using a Axis Bank Debit or Credit card.
If you don't already have any other eBay discount coupon, then we can provide a 7% discount coupon (I know it's not 15% but that's all we have right now) which will work with all of the payment option (Any Bank's Debit Card, Credit Card or Internet Banking and COD)

BTW, eBay do imposes a flat Rs. 50/- COD convenience for each and every product that you order.
So if you order 3 different types of products in an order then eBay will impose Rs. 150/- extra as COD convenience charges which goes directly to them and we have no control over it.
So i guess COD is not a cost effective option.
