I thought of building a plane that was rugged, strong, lite,fly slow,capable of with standing3à crashes without breaking easily , easy for trasport,a plane i could just remove and fly when ever i took a break from the hobby. I came across  FRED  the plan, seemed like the perfect choice. And so i decided to construct a similar plane 24 wing span  tweek the plan a bit .but use CARBON RODS .
That is how the name CARBON FRED was born...

Very well built and expertly flown. I watched the video, and it looks fantastic. Small and micro aircraft have always held a special place in my heart. In my early days of aeromodelling, I was fascinated by small planes, but back in the 1990s there were very few compact RC aircraft available. It's wonderful to see how far the hobby has come since then.

agreeded.. I only wish 1S with good 'C' rating lipos were easily available in India and offcoure a good indoor location to fly micro in mumbai.
