DSM2 — Security and Speed:
Unlike most first-of-its-kind innovations, DSM2™ is not an unproven concept. It is based on the same Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM (Digital Spectrum Modulation) that RC car racers, as well as micro electric and park flyer modelers, have been enjoying for at least two years.
Like DSM, DSM2 provides an impenetrable radio link that's immune to every known type of RC interference. Because it operates at 1024-bit resolution, it provides the kind of locked-in response that will have pilots feeling more connected to their models than ever before.

Specification:

JR DSX9 Overview
At last,The 2.4GHz radio the has been waiting for.

As the foundation for an advanced, full-range, spread spectrum radio, it's hard to imagine a more ideal candidate than JR DSX9. A breakthrough in versatility and flexibility when it was introduced, the 9-channel, 30-model memory, 3-model type 9X V2 is an enormously popular radio upgrade for fliers whose skills have outgrown sport-class equipment. With software shaped by the input of top airplane, sailplane and heli pilots, plus its exclusive rolling ease and speed of programming, the JR 9X V2 remains the standard by which all 9-channel radios are judged. And now, with the added convenience and security of Spektrum DSM2 2.4GHz technology, the newly-designated JR DSX9 2.4 is destined to be a breakthrough once more.

2.4GHz RC technology with a flawless track record.

Unlike ordinary spread spectrum ICs, the unique chip that does the basis for Spektrum 2.4GHz technology was specifically developed by an avid RC to yield a robust, ultra-reliable, glitch- and interference-immune RF link for RC modelling.

Add Spektrum patent-pending DSM/DSM2 protocols plus the brand DuaLink  feature and the result has been revolutionary. It's proven 2.4GHz technology that JR is proud to adopt the technology that has been used with unprecedented success by thousands of RC flyers since 2005.

A completely integrated radio system.

Instead of settling for a 2.4GHz module adaptation to accomplish spread spectrum capability, JR has incorporated DSM2 as an integral feature of the JR DSX9 2.4. Consequently, there is no added processing time. And in addition, other exclusive features of DSM2 like ModelMatch technology that prevents wrong model losses are also preserved.

What's more, Spektrum engineers have incorporated technology that permits owners of conventional 9X V23 radios to transfer all of their model programming data from their transmitters directly to their new DSX9 2.4 transmitters!

The bottom line.

JR quality, unmatched Horizon Hobby product support, programming sophistication you will probably never outgrow, along with the all-important advantages of Spektrum has 2.4GHz convenience and security. That is the JR DSX9 2.4, and it has the most unique advanced radio control system ever offered the system the world has been waiting for.

Not only can data for 30 models of all types be programmed into your JR DSX9 2.4, owners of conventional JR 9X will be able to transfer their models programming data directly to their new JR DSX9 2.4 transmitters.

The bulletproof R921 2.4 DSM2 DuaLink receiver. In addition, all existing Spektrum brand receivers are also compatible with the JR DSX9 2.4 transmitter.

JR DSX9 2.4 transmitters are available with 9-channel R921 receivers with alluminum carrying case its brand new and my price is Rs. 44,999 the listing is for tx and rx only no servos

Is this the same item as below, plus the Alu Case, or some custom package ?

I see servo in the picture, but not specified in the included item list.

A misleading picture may often lead to dispute between the  buyer and the seller. A picture is more than a 1000 words and much of buying decision happens by the picture. A buyer would have all the right to ask for the missing servos, when you have put in the picture and not mentioned exclusively that the servos are not part of the package.

FYI, the Tx/Rx combo is available for :Rs: 38,500 at Rotor.co.in and the box for another :Rs: 2000. So, For :Rs: 40,500, one can get what you are offering, may be with some support. I would suggest you to re-think your offer proce, instead of ending up 'Bumping' you thread yourself. There have been few other good Tx offeres, but those with high expected price have remained unsold (at least through forum).

I forwarded your offer for one of my Heli friends not on the forum. What I have put forward here was his feedback as well.

All the best for the sale.

Well, with the recent (strict?) attitude of customs with 41% duty and 10% penalty on personal imports over Rs2000, all this seems not too unusual :(

I dont think there is any official gazette for any restriction on personal import exceeding Rs 2000, apart from "Consumer Electronics". Commercial or Personal, no slab is greater than 33%, including all cess/octri. Customs may argue on undervalue, even if you are honest, but one can always challenge any such penalty filing RTI for basis customs violating its own norms.

Most of our R/C  models comes under Chapter 95, HS Code 9503.

Electronics come under:

2. LiPo Battery: Chapter :85, HS Code: 85065000

3. Other Electronics (except Tx) like ESC, measuring devices may fall under

I guess the route of personal import should be always be open if people try to fleece other on basis of an item not locally  available.  A margin of 200% over total landing price is not justified on any pretext of offering service on part time basis. Importing Radio has always been a problem. Getting a WPC type approval on 'Group' basis by bodies like AMAI could have eradicated predatory pricing, but conflict of interest always mars the path of goodness.

Enough of Hoopla is spread about difficulty in importing items. LHS have indeed pitched up offering more and more item at even international prices. But there are still unique items which one has to import. I wish people know  the right way to do things, and do fearlessly.

People may question the legality of the hobby itself. But knowing one's rights and going the 'Right' way is always the way to go.

We should move this discussion to the other thread.

I think it may be a classification issue, but see the links in the this post.
