Hey,

Do not know the type and the "4s" detail, but its capable of charging the included batteries simultaneously.

Guys these are special high capacity batteries (usually 1700 mAH) and are brand new. Please do not ask for discount as i am already selling at rock bottom (at my loss) as i do not have a drone (seized by customs).
