Rs 890 for a 3s 1000mah?
Probably ok for full throttle guys.

Me, I'm a half throttle guy, using not more than 10-15amps usually.
My 7 Zippy Compact lipos are still in use after 3-4 years.
And they cost less than 600 each.

If your 1000mah lipos can actually deliver 25-30amps continuous, they may be worth the 50% higher price.

I'll have to get one and try.

I have used flavoured nitro fuel but not heard of flavoured li po batteries. as there is no smoke in electric.

The Orange is just a brand like OrangeRx, LemonRx etc.

I used 5200 mah 3S orange lipo
So outcome is-
Use them to fly mostly everything like planes , cars and quads
But they are not equivalent to Tattu or Gen-ace in discharge rating even both are printed same.
So for high performance planes or quad, find some more high quality

I think they smell orange when they smoke up.

there are few things about zippy and turnigy:

1) these are hobbyking brands which i am afraid won't possible to import by any one in India in near future, due regulations on batteries and unwillingness of HK to find a workaround.

2) It is not cheap as you might think, What might be doing is converting USD to INR. We have to pay shipping (aprox 10%) + customs (30%) + vat(13.5%) + Octri (6%). Plus in battery you need BIS certificate which adds up cost significantly.

3) zippy, turnigy have developed brand name over the years, but they are not that great. As per experience we had zippy and turnigy returns much higher than what we have with orange lipos.

Actually I got what you are trying to but the thing is that
Orange battery costs 975 for 3s 1000 mah but zippy costs
790 for 3s 1500 mah battery. And I am just asking is that
Will they get back in stocks or not

Zippy will cost almost same after all these taxes.

And there is no legal way we can get zippy batteries in near future.

hi guys i m trying to build  small ornithopter  thats y i ordered a 350mah 2 and 3 cell  battery.  but look at the size of my old battery 450 mah which is smaller then this 35o mah once.  what is this 11.8 v i know 11.1 but  i got two 2s battery one is with 3s sticker on it  lol
