The above price, in my opinion, is steep for an AM radio.

just some info . a new 3 channel 2.4 ghz surface radio costs 4k-5k in box in india.

Not disappointing you, even college students do not use AM radios on car these days. 2.4s have become so cheap and common that its taken away AM/FM radio off the market.

I suggest you keep it. It may become vintage and command a huge price like some stick radios have become recently. I have saved one.

The pricing is very steep, as higher channel 2.4ghz radios are available at the aame price brand new....
