Cool book. Though they are complex and time-consuming to build, some of these birds really fly great after adjusting CG. (Good pass-time when you are lying in bed with flu!)

Due to humidity abrupt change, our body adjustment become unstable and so cold starts. But Rely on HONEY. you need no anti-allergic tablets to stop cold and flu at start. Believe me and try HONEY. and one thing, when your nose irritate due to low humidity, or dust, just use your handkerchief by wetting and closing your nose and mouth softly and taking breathing through it. within minutes, your  discomfort disappear. Trust me. And another trick, as dry weather flies several dust and flower particles (Allergic like eucalyptus), just avoid dust and keep glass window close while traveling or use handkerchief. Chances will be less for your illness.

GET WELL early.

I am getting regular allergic symptoms for last three years in the month of November My doctor suggested that i take over the counter antialergic whenever required but i don't like taking pills so i just deal with the runny nose for a month. Can honey help in this case

Thanks for the great tips Kalyan da. I'm allergic to dust and pollen all the time and more so in winter (itchy eyes, nose and ears). I hate those antihistamines, they make you dull and sleepy. I'm certainly gonna try your remedies!
