Re: Bud, Litti Chokha & BelaTrike
Kalyanda !
Creator of the Topic title ? me
, (Is it bad ?
) Just started last night. it is more like a elevon than a v tail. I am Skydiver and i know how the parachute's fly & to fly'em, i am going to employ all that experience into this project, flying a parachute is not like flying an aeroplane (Fundamentally they are the same, however there are perceptable differences) those are as ennumerated below:-
(a) When you pull down on the rear riser's a little, depending on the inital AOA of your setup, she will either speed up (Because aerofoil section's camber changed) or brakes are applied.
(b) after a while brakes are applied in any case, this, in combo with power makes paramotor to either stall, climb or flare (this too depends on winds, parafoil rigging and you flying skills
)
(c) contrary to common belief, she is not a floater with batt and gundola attached.
(d) My experiment is mostly going to be for a stable vibration less platform for aerial photography and FPV
like i said, what out this space for more

Bailed out as in 'Ejection' or the Skyjump ??
Well I spent few months preparing for JEE quite near to XL .(uncle's bungalow on the CH area, next to the Pyramid) ... that Thelawala's Litti was hit and we used to get 'home delivery' of those litti ...
Well any plans to put Auto Pilot on the Trike ?

Baked on a smoky charcoal grate and served with a Garlic/ Green Chilly Chutney dip.
First promise me that, then only will I condescend to admit that the Parafoil Trike is beautiful.
Happy Deepawali!
