Did you insulate the motor >> ESC wires with a heat shrink? And if you have a wattmeter, check how muany amps are being drawn, that might explain why they are smoking.

rahulsahul: when you connect your ESC to your receiver, it takes power from ESC. Bind plug is used to bind a receiver with a Transmitter.. Rx do not require direct connection from batt. Thumbs Up

Yes, most ESCs come with an in-built BEC (battery eliminator circuit) that powers your Rx and servos (if you have any).

Ok means default + config that you have on hk board. If you have default firmware put all pots between 35-50% and trim them by single axis tuning. It will sure help you.

For me 0% was extreme CCW position and 100% was extreme CW positon. But you can check that(no props) by moving yaw pot to zero either cw or ccw and throttle stick at full. The side where your esc enters into programming mode is your zero position.

tested for the maiden today. well testing and tuning the pots took most of my batteries and the time i was about to fly it outdoor battery went off Sad posting video in sometime.

Wanted to know my quad was tilting a lot in the beginning to its left, after lots of pot settings now it tilts less but once in a while it does. How do i correct it??
