What all did you try? and where is the problem? try illustrating the exact problem with some screen shots, it will help us answer the query.

Channel assignemnt:

Look at the bars which move on the simulator when you move the corresponding sticks on your transmitter make a note of the corresponding numbers with it in the sim and write those down on a paper now. So now you know that when you move rudder channel number 2 responds on the simulator so assign number 2 to whereever it says Rudder, do the same for all remaining 4 (THR, AIL, ELV, PITCH) once this is done try flying a model in the simulator to see if any controls require reversing (you can change that in the sim or in the transmitter it self)

Also make sure that you select just one servo swash in the Heli mode. not 120 or 3 servo.

1.  Create a new model on your TX and choose non-CCPM heli as the model type.  In other words, do NOT choose 120degree CCPM.

2.  Connect the sim to the PC, and see if you can get movement on the calibration screen against physical movement on controls on the radio.

Post back when you are done with above steps.

Strange that no one has responded to this in 24 hours !

Seethal... you have got all basics wrong :(   Since you are using a Spektrum DX8, you have to make sure that the channels used in Reflex match the Spektrum standard.  In real life, this would equate to you deciding which servo/ESC connection would go into which channel on your receiver.

For Spectrum, channel 1 should be throttle, instead you have it in the above screen shot as "autorotation" ! So you need to make sure that against "throttle", "1" is depressed.  Similarly, channel 2 should me mapped against ailerons, channel 3 for elevator and channel 4 for rudder (all in the "Adjust Channel Assignment screen). Pitch should be same as throttle (ie channel 1).

Pitch should be 1 (same as throttle, not 6).

You should also leave all sticks in the middle and do the centre calibration.
