what do you mean by ' doesn't respond ' ?

" When I push the throttle.. It doesn't respond ..."   :-  from this i assume you meant the motors are not starting, for the motors to start in any flight controller, there will be a procedure called 'arming' - this is for safety . in multiwii it can be either done by stick combination or by assigning a switch for it .

Or is it something else you meant to ask ???
with those inadequate information, no one will be able to help you with troubleshooting .

is the receiver outputs recognized by your multiwii board ? you can check this first using the multiwii configuration software .

before arming, you have got to check whether your flight controller is taking the receiver inputs . also there is some preflight setups and checks to be done. for this the software called multiwii configurator will be handy. do you already have this ? if yes, we can move on with the setup. otherwise download this and update here :)

connect your flight controller to pc. open up the software, select the com port, and click start . then you will see the sensor readings and receiver readings etc...
