Hi everyone,

A few weeks back I noticed a glitch when the Tx antenna was touched or moved.
2.4 ghz Frsky DFT module on Hitec Optic 6, on which I never had a single glitch in 12 years.
I thought there might be a break in the antenna coax at the bend due to periodic flexing over the years.

Range was only 20-35 feet in range check mode (1/30 power).

Test flew my lightest foamy with a telemetry Rx (after setting failsafe)

And the Tx beeped continuously indicating low RSSI/ weak signal.

Got a 2.4 ghz 3.2 dBi antenna from Robu.in.
Which is much longer than the original.

Will this make any difference?
Grateful for advice on this.
