I was looking for anyone having experience with manufacturing epp foam.
I am doing a project for my final year Aeronautical engineering. Involving making a UAV. Since epp properties is very good like absorbing impact and all, I wanted to see if any other alternatives that can be made in a diy setup. 
I am sceptical about  pu foam for the process. I intend on making molds by 3d printing as a start. Currently planing on using pu foam but if anyone can suggest better alternative, please help.

Check vortex rc, instead of getting epp molded, try getting it cnc cut. Will be much easier to do and at the same time lighter on the pocket.

We were planning to do something that requires molding.
