What kind of helicopter?
CO-AX?
Is it one of those cheap Chinese ones?
How old is it?

Since it is a new heli, the battery may be faulty. Replace the battery. It is easily available at Amazon or go for bangood.

Are you sure you have read the description correctly?
The O/P has REPLACED the battery already. Further, the Heli isn't new.

Sorry friend, forgot about your issue. Same thing happened with my Chinook. The motors in these helicopters usually become useless after some playing. So try to find replacement micro brushed motors online. They are available for cheap on many e-shops in packs of 4. You'll have to do some soldering.
P.S-> My Chinook became fine after I replaced the motors.

Try to observe the motors under an independent power source (same voltage as heli battery)(not connected to heli PCB). If they seem to slow down or give less power, is damn sure that they are the culprit.

Regards.

@prabal I grasped the Post of OP differently.
@ronak is you could consider rewinding motor.

It's a teeny weeny coreless motor. Ain't it better to buy another?
They are hard to open. They break easily when you try to open em'

AL HAM SHARI

Yes, you could buy one easily. But, rewinding is not that hard. The tricky part in brushed motors is soldering to the commutator. Buying is better if you have no time to spare.

I hope that you understand that this is a 8mm brushed motor. Not the bigger kind.

These are factory sealed.

Oh, the small micro coaxial? Thought it was fairly large from the pic. Then, rewinding is very hard. Buying the motor is the best option.
