Guys,

I just received my HK Parcel with the HK T500 Kit, I was so damn excited....I got so damn disappointed when I saw that the Tail Boom in the parcel was dented at 4 places  Bang Head

Can someone please let me know if there is any process to get it replaced from HK Huh?

on hk website there is online help. ask the representative. they will say u to take some pic and send them.

Was the packing /Box damaged too? If so, HK wont do much. believe me. They would ask ou to send the picture thats it. This is what I seen with HK. they are not that good with Customer  service. Even many e-bay sellers own up for lost/damaged package, but NOT HK. This is what happens when you become famous.


Anyway. Take the photo of the package and the boom and send them in mail to cs@hobbyking.com mentioning the Order no.

If the packing was intact and a damaged boom was packed by HK, get to their nose. Go to Hobbyking online community and post your plight if the customer service does not respond within 3-4 days/

AFAIK, none of the LHS deal in these economical Kit Helis. May be people like Anam_funny and Kalyan start storing Heli parts soon.

i doubt if the customer service at HK will listen or reply back.. i had issues like this and it took them 2 weeks to reply back and they asked me to ship the itme back and post inspection they wrote back to me and sent me a replacement part... it took more than 3 months so the effort and time spend was not worth it... but i could be the unlucky one in this... but anycase pls write to

I had received a swollen Lipo in my order, of which I took clear close photos and mailed them. They refunded the cost of Lipo as store credits.

i have got replacement of ESC which burned up and initially HK denied receiving my parcel due to Chinese holidays and later i got a confirmation of warranty claim approval and they dispatched, took about a month

We have requested for a replacement Tail Boom from our supplier, and will send it to you once we receive it.
