Last month Vishal from Kinetic Hobbies was offering a Mini floater for beginners. It was cheap and good for beginners. I am not sure whether the offer is still there, but worth the price. You can give it a try.

That's a good plane for beginners, atleast as far as specs and design go. I haven't flown one.
Looking forward to seeing  you in the field.
Hoskote is the where most flyers fly.

We'll soon be launching ARF version of this plane too. 95% of the building will be done. Just fit the horizontal stabilizer, fix wing tips, install control horns/pushrods and you are ready to go.
