kindly intimate about equipment that how to check that 2500 mah  recharable cell is fully charges

Usually the charger itself will notify when a Battery is fully charged which through "Beeps" in advanced chargers and "Change in color of LED" in basic chargers like B3AC/B3 PRO.
You can also used LiPo Low voltage alarm or a multimeter to check the same.
A Fully charged LiPo battery will show a voltage of about 4.23 volts per cell.
