want arieal quadcopter within 15k whihc cna lift a gopro or sj camera ;) im new so help me out eitehr to make one or rtf.

You can build one at that cost better buy these motors dys motor(2208) and ESC(20-30)A combo at 1500 combo each. A lipo 2200-3000mah 30C from RCbazaar and FS-CT6B tx/rx and a frame from ebay or build one and choose your own flight controller naze32(10dof) available at 2k.

i think u should go for the one u saw on RCmumbai, it will be cheaper than putting one together, it even has GPS , a 2-axis gimbal, a remote and video transmisson, and it is go-pro compatible ( any other action cam for that matter of fact) the range might not be as good but due to GPS its reliable...

The thing is I'm completely new to quadcopters I mean I'm expert in flying but never built one I always used to buy rtf :(
