Hi Avesh,
I am just pasting a comment from the HobbyKing page of this motor: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__22399__turnigy_helidrive_sk3_competition_series_2839_3600kv_450_size_heli_.html
You can draw an infinite current from an electric motor until it burns out. If you have measured 34 amps on the motor where it stands 28 amp as max, it means that you put too much load on it. If to believe the data sheet of this particular motor you should not draw more than 50 amps from it. If you are going to use a 45 ESC you need to set up the load in the way not to exceed the max current of your ESC. (smaller pinion gear or less pitch f.e.)
So 40A ESC won't be recommended if you intend to run it at full throttle.
As far as discounts are concerned, we have recently reduced the price on this motor and further discount won't be possible.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions at any point of time.
