Suggest you to buy a desktop SMPS which is cheap, better and reliable I feel.
However there are costly SMPS also and I am not talking about them.

But I want to connect my Turnigy Accucell. How do I do it with desktop SMPS?

You can also look for cctv power supplies. Easily available on Amazon.in and need no modding. Start from 5A, go upto 20A.

I second that
Using a intex 400w smps for more than 3 years reliably. Go for it. Just put a switch across the only green wire to any black and it will become a power supply with 12v,5 v output.
