You can get foam in Osmangunj (hyderabad). I have seen many shops selling the foam we need, but I never bought.

What u need for the base of your hover craft is " coro " , it is the same material that was used for advertisement boards, even these days we can see those being used as hangouts of celluar network ads around shops ....
see some previous builds from our forum members ....
We will always get something to learn ......
If it's coro what you want, I think that's available in Vijayawada too.
