Title: Repairing DT750 Motors
Post by: Adiboy on February 18, 2014, 04:57:28 AM
Greetings fellow Modellers,

Can anybody please repair me DT750 motors? I have 6 damaged pieces with me. Windings are completely intact in all of them. Only the rotor moves thickly over the stator and in my pursuit to repair it, I myself have damaged 1 or 2 bearings and broke C-clips. Please help me out.  :salute:

Thanks
Regards
Aditya

@adiboy
5 am? Early riser!
Bring them over. We'll try.
Never knew that a clip for 3mm shaft would put us back Rs 88!

You can make your own c clips from washers - in your case
get some suitable for a 2mm shaft and cut off a 30 degree quadrant

... voila !  instant c clip  .... it will not fit exactly but it will get the job done.

It will work as saikat said, ive tried it already on sewing machines but not in a BLDC motor.
