And yes your invoice can be found on.your email that can be your order confirmation after payment which indicates the amount paid (Including Shipping) and you can check on the website for the same.

You Can Expect A Duty Of About 35 $ to 40 $ i.e 2400 Rs to be Approx. But we can not be Be sure that duty will be Imposed or not ?? As it happens many times they sometime leave the Consignment Without Charging. This a 50-50 % case.
So don't worry. Let hope you get the parcel soon.

First Of All Welcome to The Forum.Now As you can see that Your Status says that Awaiting presentation To Customs Commissioner.Well This means that They Want some documents and i think soon you will receive a Letter from Customs Commissioner stating that They Want your invoice and Proof Of payment to get the idea of the original Value and a Covering letter and yes There is Chance That You Will Have to Pay Customs.

And Yes if you dont receive th letter in like more 1 to 2 days then you gotta call the Mumbai Customs/FPO to Know what can be done further.Here are the contact Details Of The Mumbai FPO :-

First Of All No Sir I am Just 16 Years Old.Well Now as I see its been 8 days your parcel Is stuck In Customs.Well Actually Yesterday Was A Holiday Because Of Second Saturday Well I Heard That Second Saturdays In Customs Are Always Holiday.What I Think Is That your parcel Should Be cleared it will Take time meanwhile you will have to contact Them.
I have been Trying to Contact Them From Thursday But Not getting a Proper Answer.
Now if you can visit them with Documents That would be really Good.

Now In your Complaint Its written that The Case Is Forwaded To HRO DIMC well we have to wait for that. So just Put a reply in That Case till when I can expect a Answer and By When I will get it ?? And I will just find The Contact Details of HRO DIMC till then. I will soon post the Contact details as soon as I get it. As Today is a Holiday I think so I am not sure but I think its a holiday as Its Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti. So We will have to wait. But don't worry I will start finding the contact details Of HRO DIMC so by contacting them You can Take Help. They Told Me that They Can help you now I cant say or Guarantee What will happen on Calling Those numbers and what will be the reply?? But I will Be Also calling them tomorrow on the numbers I got from Calling DIMC Delhi.

Well Now If You See Your Parcel Has Cleared Customs. And Has Returned From Customs. This Update Shows That :-

Well As You Sometimes We Import Things Which are Higher Value And Customs Think That We are not importing It For Personal Uses but then Also They Clear It by showing this Reason. Sometimes while Updating They Mistakenly Do That. Well You Don't Need To Worry For That Mate As Your parcel Has Returned from Customs. ( This Is what I think by seeing the Updates In The Tracking Log).
Well So I think It should be sent to Domestic Location In One To Two days. I think by tomorrow but cant guarantee that so I say it may 1 to 2 days and then you can Use Domestic Tracking to know your parcel whereabouts by using your tracking Number In The Domestic Tracking System i.e www.indiapost.gov.in
And Yes Don't worry I think there is a chance that duties may be Imposed. That is like 50-50 %. But don't worry.
I think it should reach you soon.

Hello Everybody,
After Three Hours of Searching Numbers at last I got the Postal Appraising Department Number. Well I Got The Numbers by contacting the Kolkata Customs on the Number  :- 033-22437665.
Well They Told That They don't have the Tracking Facility in their office so you gotta call the Postal Appraising Department which does have Tracking Facility and they are the only one who can help.
Here are the Numbers :- 033-22624634,22480367
Now When you call on these Numbers sometimes they pick up very soon and sometimes when they don't pick up the call gets answered automatically and it says that It is a wrong number but don't think that actually it is not a wrong number.You gotta much times calling them and they pick up.( often this happens.)
Well I hope these Numbers will help those people who parcels are stuck In Kolkata Customs.
