hala all here got my hands on flying after along time was a bit scared to fly again with out practice, so decided that i needed to buld  a simple  airplane and keep ready, so when every i take a break from flying and get back after along time this plane would help me get back on my flying skills which are not that great .... so build "THE WHITE RAT"  it gets its name from the hangar rat a rubber powered airplane as it looks similar

THE WHITE RAT CONSISTS OF
3channels
wing span- 24inch
auw -30 to 35grams
plans - dont have sorry but could measure and give if one needs
electronics - had a broken ar6410 rx which the rudder servo on board had  broken so attached anothe linear servo as rudder....so this  along with the champ motor had a spare and a 150mah 1s

material used
wings- vegetable white bag,carbon rods 1mm,foam ribs,thread, glue fevcol heat x  to glue  plastic to carbon
rudder,elevator-balsa and plastic covering
fuse-balsa dowel

Happened to see my white rat sitting around in the corner covered with dust,thought ill modify the wings today give it a full carbon frame with carbon ribs.build it strong and rugged.and some colour to the wheels.lets hope time permits...stay tuned

Yes sir been long,going to try and give  her  a good carbon structure on the wings this time..
looking for a good source in india to buy the 8520 coreless motor any recommendation..

The remake has been done of THE WHITE RAT

Wing skeleton done with carbon rod and covered

LG touch up,tail touch up, wing touch up all done

Back view,frount view,..the wing and LG can be dismantled...


THE WHITE RAT has revived again  
All it needs is a calm day,time,place to fly...

The white rat Flys again ,needs some CG adjustments, rest seem fine.gone a bit heavy thou.

Are you using a lot of up elevator to reduce forward speed?

Flies quite well.

No it was tail heavy. And needs rudder trim since going towards the right.had less time to fly and trim.lucky got good weather that day.so took a chance.
