That may just be a little too much prop for that motor! What are the model full specifications?

Hmm. That motor should be OK, but you will get a lot of RPM drop and low battery times with the 11*7 prop

Maybe a 10*7

If you want more thrust you could with a 11&5.5 prop, which would make the model fly slower. In my little experience, the Gee Bee needs to fly fast or it will stall. So use a 3536-1250 KV with either a 10*7 prop for very sporty flying, or 11*5.5 for more leisurely flying. BTW I hope your flying skills are good - that is not an easy model to fly!

A 3536-1500 with a 10*7 draws over 60 A at WOT. With that weight, use a 10" dia prop. Higher dia means very much higher current draw. Use a 60 A ESC. Re.: the pitch, 3.8 is less. Go for at least 6; ie a 10*6 or 10*7.

This is my prediction. However the best is to hook up a wattmeter and actually see what's happening on load. There will be a voltage drop and you can also see the current draw. If you have a Tachometer - perfect! You can check the RPM too.

I would suggest using the 3536-1100kv motor with a 10x7 prop. (Should give you decent flight times)
Or using the 3536-1500kv motor with the setup suggested by Sanjay Sir with a 10x6 (Flight time would be low)

You might be fine, but will the model be?  Giggle Giggle

With that small wingspan do not increase the weight
