Regarding your subject, I would like to answer for your questions.

1)Lost during international transit
When you order products from racomo, we are shipping by Japan Post(EMS).
In case of damage or loss, the actual damage cost will be compensated by EMS insurance Program.

If the products claim amount are under 20,000JPY is free of charge.
It is possible to upgrade the claim amount of by paying extra cost(cover by racomo, not customer) for each 20,000JPY.
The upper limit on the compensation to be paid is 2,000,000JPY.

2)Customs problem
This is very difficult matter. Usually, you will receive your item around 5-7days from Japan.
However , at the customs office in Bombay , it may be stop delivery for some reason.
We will provide the 13 digits Item Number, so you can check the status of EMS mail we sent on the web.

Today, the product was ordered from RC India forum user has been shipped
I am very  very happy about it!

One thing, I want to tell everyone of this forum users.
Until last year , we were able to ship the item throughout India by EMS.
By some reason, we can be shipped only in some areas in India from this year by EMS.
Therefore, we cannot be shipped to some areas by EMS, and we will mail in the usual international parcel(by air).

I will update more information about shipping method soon.

And also, for those who live in places where it is not possible to ship the item with EMS,
we will ship by International Parcel post(Air)* at same price!
*However, it takes more delivery time to your place compare to EMS.

Yes, R6004FF is best micro receiver from Futaba at moment.
Usually, Futaba will release new products in Shizuoka-Hobby show every year.

I went hobby show last year and I will go again this year.
