We are extremely proud and happy to announce the commencement of our new RC shop www.eXtremeRC.in


There has always been a need for alternatives & options in our local RC market. We at eXtremeRC have come up with our own unique online RC shop. Our aim is to make available the best RC products in terms of quality and price. We are also looking forward to launch our own line of innovative products.

We are based at the center of India i.e. NAGPUR - The Orange City.

Currently our website is in live testing mode. Online shop will be open soon for order placement. Products can also be picked up locally upon order confirmation. We will be providing 24 hour customer support. You can also contact us regarding extensive technical details of products, product compatibility and other details regarding product use.
We will be concentrating on the products that are in high demand and aiming to source the best products while keeping the cost under control. We will need help from all RCI members in this regard. Please post all your current and future requirements or interests. We will be filling our inventory based on your suggestions.

Also, if you need anything that is not locally available and want to order it from overseas without hassles, we can get that product for you at a good cost.

In addition to the online store, we are launching a platform ‘www.RCinterest.com’ where RC enthusiasts can share and showcase their talent in the form of photos, videos & other media.

My name is Nilesh Shinde. I’m a B.F.A. Applied Art Graduate and I have my Graphics & Web Design Studio named "GreenBrains" (www.GreenBrainsOnline.com).
I’ve spent 12 years of my professional career with Ad Agencies and Corporate Houses in Mumbai as a Creative Director & Art Director and then shifted base to my home town "Nagpur" in 2007. Wildlife Photography is my hobby and I often visit Tiger Reserves, Wildlife Sanctuaries & National Parks in India. RC and Aerial Photography have always attracted me and that is how I got into this hobby.

Apart from me, we have a very hard working and dedicated team for customer support, product handling and inventory management.

The demand for RC products in our country has been ever increasing. While there are a lot of RC stores now than there were 5 years ago, there's always something 'out of stock'. We'll be trying our best to keep healthy stocks of in-demand products.

These are our temporary logos. We are still in the process of finalizing logos, banners etc.

Our website is still under construction. It will be much more user friendly upon launch.

We do not have many products in stock yet as we are performing a market survey of products that are in most demand. We will be building our inventory based on the survey results.

It would be really helpful if you could post a list here of products you need or may require in the future. You can also post about the products you are interested in.

I want to have a long range fpv(7-10km)
Which one would you suggest 1.2ghz or 2.4ghz or 5.8ghz?
Which one suits our country?
Please give a brief on this.

The lower the frequency band, the larger the waveform produced. The larger the waveform, the further it travels and the better it can get round or penetrate objects such as small buildings, trees and people. Using a 1.5W 900Mhz setup 20+Km range can be easily achieved.

But, the frequency bands till 2.4 GHz are generally not available for use (depending on the region). Since you run your RC link at 2.4Ghz, you are safest with a 5.8Ghz FPV set.

Before you go investing in a 7-10 Km range FPV setup, think about how you are going to control your model from that far.

Our mobiles run at 900Mhz and the transmitter we use for our models uses 2.4MHz, so both these options are not suggested as it may create conflict between flight and video streaming.

And if you choose intermediate frequency systems like 1.2 MHz then the size and weight of Tx & Rx will be large, so make sure you have space and payload capacity to carry all the 1.2MHz system.

Keeping all this in mind FPV System with 5.8MHz is suggested.

What range can I expect with the 5.8ghz setup that you sell with the best possible Tx and Rx ?

The Boscam 5.8G tx/rx setup can provide a line-of-sight range of 4 Km with circularly polarized antennae.
