Even being a science grads, for flying I just know the basic Bernoulli theorem. I bought a book suggested in the forum and its nothing but waste of money (Rs 700 on mere 40 pages)
http://www.flipkart.com/fly-rc-tips-tricks-techniques/0981799515-7bx3frsucb/fly-rc-tips/1I remember lending a real good book on Aeromodel scratch building from British Library, but I was very immature for these intrinsic details back in Class 6th then.
What I am looking for is some decent book on airframe design, written my modelers explaining basic theories and practical implication to kept in mind while designing from scratch in a plain language even non technical people may understand. some math is okay. To start with, I dont even know what should be the ratio of the surface area between wing, elevators and rudders!! with so many CAD tools, I can atleast shorten my design time, without wasting resources on building all the intermediate designs (may be just 1/5 of otherwise).
Any URL, recommendation, PDF or photocopies would highly appreciated!! the "Aeromodeling" itself is not in the English dictionary, google search return lot of crap!
TIA,
Ujjwal
