The part on joystick and the direction of the plane is very good. Very apt for a newbie. More such 'tutorials' would be welcome.

There is a channel on YouTube called KevinKingRc. This guy has a series of videos explaining everything from taxiing to take off to landing to inverted flight...... All the way till 3d.
The best part is that he shows it on a simulator so his stick
movements are also visible.
