At last I have started working on Sukhoi 30 MKI scale model. I was searching on the internet for detailed drawings but couldn't find any :( . Hence started with whatever was available. I will keep you posted on the build. I am not using kit so it is going to be really challenging. Main material is a styrene sheets of different thickness. Finally started working on the model after long break.... Started working on the fuse. I am using HD thermocol for carving the the fuse especially front part of the aircraft and I will be putting plastic around the shape. Basic shapes of wings, vertical stabilizer are cut. I will be doing detailing later. here are few pics. In the first pic thermocol sheet is cut as per design and then I carved it to give a shape (2nd pic).
