I want a list of all rc boat clubs in india, we are organizing an rc boat even so we are looking forward for clubs, groups or individuals

We (me along with some of my Colleagues and Seniors), started an RC boat club of Mahe, here last year.. as we progressed in RCying in daily basis, one of our Respected Senior left us with a cardiac arrest.. it was a great shock to us all.. then most of the members lost the interest in RCying.. but i, and some of us are still active now.. was RCying yesterday.. it is hard to find intersted and dedicated personalities all over here..

I am afraid, there are not many (in fact...none) boat clubs In Tamilnadu...(Chennai)....correct me if am wrong.
Is there any other boat modelers other than me around in Chennai??...if "Yes" we can get together and start a boat club here.
