Hello Guys I came in to the hobby about two years ago with multirotors., Now I wanna have some ground action but don't know from where should I start , I am basically interested in offroad all types of advices will be appreciated!
Will you be racing or just driving around?
Just driving around slow and steady is better as am thinking of installing my fpv setup on it... Any this which can do offroad!!
That means you'll need a vehicle with enough room to add your transmitter and its power source and a good and secure mounting location for your camera. You'll need to keep the CG as low as possible to avoid rollovers. Since you're driving slow, you can make do with a brushed motor. I would go with a high turn, sensored brushless motor though. It'll offer exceptional low speed performance. You'll also need tires big enough to handle obstacles.
These requirements point to a 1:8 scale vehicle but they turn out to be expensive. What budget are you on?
My setup will not be that huge I think 1/10- 1/12 will work anything cheap??
You can try a monster truck of some kind but you'll need to make sure the CG is low enough. Take a look at the Chinese brands.

I know it is none of my business, but I just can't understand some of the posts.

???
Any vehicle which is capable of offroading a buggy or a truck!!
Chinese brand??
I mean something like Exceed or Himoto. These are the only ones that'll fit in your budget and will have some of the characteristics desirable in your intended application.
Any one in India who can get those??
They're "off-brands". You probably won't find a dealer in India.
Can't anyone build a car out of scratch? like we build planes and boats?
One can but will need some skill, equipment, and time to make it happen. Check out Anjan Babu's build. It's a great example of a scratch built RC car.
Yes I've seen it... Its cool...
I was talking about making a truck or buggy...
I can get a roll-cage fabricated from the nearest iron works... Chassis also can be made here... drivetrain, shocks, brakes etc... I don't know
Let's take this to a separate topic.
Yeah sure...
