your maiden flight makes you very good test pilot no doubt
pusher configuration makes motor prop safe i like it in your design i also use it in my design after losing some motors having tractor design. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
sir what i think it seem me little heavy and some more wing space . but i do not no more about your original design cant say more
after some adjustment it will be success

You are correct it's tail heavy..
