A elegant a BOW WING
Sometime back had an itch to make a slightly swept plank .. a BOW WING . A very efficient and elegant planform .. influenced by Peter Wick (of PW airfoils fame)
So here it is :
It is of composite construction , eps foam, CF and fiberglass and has a detachable tail boom for easy storage and transportation.

It flies as beautifully as it looks... amazing glide ratio, tracks well, no adverse tendencies..... On a 8 mins first test flight with a 1500mah bty the voltage had dropped to only 4.1v.. maintains altitude at 25% power and much of the time it was gliding power off.
It has very less drag, does not slow down and due to ground effect landing requires skill... Planning to incorporate split drag rudder as brakes...... Feel free to comment.
