For the benefit of others, can you confirm what mode it is ? Looks like Mode 2. Usually photographs of radios are posted with the throttle stick in the minimum position to avoid any ambiguity :)

Bill bhai - One request. Please bump once in two days or so. It will be in the recent posts list even if you bump only once a day. Frequently doing this gets to be annoying (for lack of a better word), and may have the opposite effect.
