If both wings and 4 x 3s 2200 are included, it's an excellent deal for a newcomer to RC.
The list price is $180 or Rs 13.5k with Tx/Rx and one lipo. Add say Rs 4.5k for 3 extra lipos.
And Nitroplanes models are great, as I know from experience.
