I think your current question is same as previous one which seems like it has been answered but not solved.

Hi BS1234,
Is your problem solved? If not I have few more suggestion beside others have specified. I have successfully build & flown Multiwii ( used with arduino nano+mpu6050) quad 3 years ago when I started this hobby & later moved on to APM or other advanced board but still preserved the setup.
My suggestions-
1) Calibrate the esc as specified by Mr Reddy, if not possible you can calibrate individually (I have personally done individual calibration without any problem) but be careful with throttle stick end points which need to be exact each time.
2) Try mounting the IMU(mpu6050 or other) on vibration damper (silicone rubber grommet).
3) Calibrate the accelerometer on perfect level through multiwii config, check the level with spirit level before that.
4) Define the esc minthrottle 1064 if you are using simonk esc.
5) Define I2C speed as 100000L works well for mpu6050.
6 ) on multiwii config set up angle mode, the default multiwii is acro.(it will help if you are flying it for first time.)
Hope it will solve the problem.
