greetings to all
yesterday i have built a quad copter using .5 inch pvc pipe which is available in electrical shop
total cost of the frame is well under 45rs
rest of electronics are
hobbyking kk 2 flightcontrol board
20 a esc
2300mah 35 c 3s battery
2822 1450 kv motor

this is my first built and first time i am flying this

and we can remove the t joints in center and assemble in field as well
frame look and feel so much tough actually it as taken lots of crashes as i am flying quad first time .
take off at 40% throttle
for impact resistant i used sponge which is laying around, which has given good protection.

Very nice - your layout however will always be heavier
than a conventional quad layout since you are using
6 lengths of PVC pipe where as a conventional layout
would have required only four

it all happen in less then 4 hour from buying pipe and flying quad.
just i got a thought in mind bought all items and built.
ill try conventional layout as well sir.
