chindichor

I am a n00b in RC. I haven't even seen a flying object controlled by a radio. However, I have got very interested in RC planes, multi-copters. I am planning to start it as a hobby. I need a mentor or a friend or someone who can show and tell me stuffs.

I live in Varanasi. I can travel nearby. In fact, my job allows me to travel wherever a good internet connection is. Can someone give me the initial push to get started by showing how they do RC?

@chindichor
Try Ravi Gupta in Lko. He is on this forum.
He should be able to put you in touch with someone in Vns/Alld.
Best of luck.
What does Chindichor mean?

VC

Chindichor, I had sent you a PM, to which you didn't reply.
Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional!

Thanks KK.

Chindichor means small time thief who steals stuffs that people wouldn't bother giving, had he asked. Like a thief who buys $3000 coat but steals the hanger. The shopkeeper would have given it to him for free with pleasure, but 'given' wouldn't just satisfy him, it must be 'taken'. It is also used in context of Indian shopkeepers who weigh less in order to satiate the feeling of profit and outsmart someone. It is also used for miser. It is a funny word.

Hey VC,

hold a sec, let me check PMs.

Hey VC,

Nope, no PM from you. Either I would have deleted it or I did not get it. Either way, what was it about?

Chindichor - intriguing name. My roots are in Mahmoorgunje (near Ulao Kothi) Rathyatra, Varanasi (a part of  my family resides there) and I am really happy to see you here. Let's keep in touch.

And I answered this:

Hey VC,

I live in countryside. (Varanasi is already a rural area, though)
Let me know if you happen to sail to this place. We can meet. :)

Hey Shobhit,

Yep, I am planning to meet you guys. Let me know a suitable time. Does the two other include Gaurav (http://www.rcindia.org/profile/?u=52) too?
